Hi friends! I'm Laura, the heart and soul behind Quinney Collection. My home studio is based in the gem of the Pacific North West: Victoria, British Columbia. Born amidst the uncertainty of the pandemic in 2021, this brand is a result of my passion for jewelry, creativity, and a little Virgo perfectionism.
The Golden Philosophy
The collection celebrates gold-filled jewelry, carefully selected for its affordability, durability, and the warmth it radiates. Each piece, crafted with love and intention, is designed to evoke the feelings of being empowered, creative, and uniquely beautiful.
My journey with jewelry started more than ten years ago while working in a local high-end bead store. Surrounded by vibrant beads, mastering the craft of wire wrapping, and experiencing the joy of creating something truly unique kindled my love for jewelry. This led me to acquiring formal education at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
The global pandemic of 2021, while challenging, became an unexpected gift. It granted me time - time to dream, time to envision, and ultimately, time to transform my love for jewelry into Quinney Collection, my very own jewelry business.
Every piece of jewelry I design carries a piece of my soul, my time, and my vision. I hope each piece finds a home with someone who will cherish it as much as I cherished creating it.
