Our jewelry is made with love by me, Laura, in beautiful Victoria, BC, Canada. Usual production time is 1-3 business days. Free Not Tracked shipping on all USA and Canadian orders. 

Carbon Neutral Delivery: All of our deliveries are now carbon neutral. This involves calculating the carbon dioxide emissions associated with each shipment. In the calculation, the distance travelled, the type of transport and the weight of the package are considered. Once the sum has been obtained, carbon credits are bought to support carbon offset projects.

This way, we reduce the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM PST. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible here.

Free Tracked Shipping: To qualify for free Tracked Standard Shipping, your order must be $125 USD/$172 CAD or more after discounts and promotions are applied and before taxes.
